Last updated: 26 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data Pitpage processes, why, for how long, and what your rights are. It is the notice the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) asks for. In Türkiye, the KVKK notice says the same in Turkish.
Who is responsible
The controller is Alp Yenigün, Türkiye, who runs Pitpage. Write to info@pitpage.app about anything on this page.
What we process
- Your account: your name, email address, the IDs of the Google or Discord accounts you sign in with, and your sessions.
- Teams and sites: what you and your team add, such as team details, drivers' names, numbers, photos and results, events, partners and posts, and who may edit each team.
- Discord: for a team that connects a server, its ID, channels and roles; your membership and roles when you sign in to a team's member area; race sign-ups.
- Sign-in emails: your email address and the one-time code.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and the addresses you open, in Cloudflare's logs, to keep Pitpage running and safe.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To run your account and your team's site: the contract between you and Pitpage (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep Pitpage secure and stop abuse: our legitimate interest in a safe service (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To answer your requests and meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
- What a team publishes about its drivers is the team's choice and the team's responsibility; Pitpage hosts it on the team's behalf.
How long we keep it
- Your account: until you delete it.
- Sessions: 7 days, renewed while you use Pitpage.
- Sign-in codes: until used, or a few minutes.
- A team's content: until the team removes it or the team is deleted.
- Logs: a few days. Database backups: up to 30 days.
