These are the terms for using Pitpage while it is in beta. They are written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who runs Pitpage
Pitpage is run by Alp Yenigün, Türkiye. "We" on this page means them.
The service
Pitpage lets sim racing teams build and publish a website at yourteam.pitpage.app, sign their members in with Discord and run race calls through the Pitpage Discord bot. It is free during the beta.
Your account
You sign in with Google, Discord or a one-time email code. Keep access to those accounts safe: whoever can sign in as you can change your team's site. One person, one account.
Your content
Your team owns what it publishes: names, results, photos, words and logos. You give Pitpage the permission it needs to store that content, show it on your site and in your Discord, and keep backups. You confirm you have the right to publish it, including permission from the people it shows.
Acceptable use
Do not pretend to be a team, driver or brand you are not, publish anything illegal, hateful or meant to harass, or try to break or overload the service. The full rules are on Acceptable use and are part of these terms.
A beta
Pitpage is in beta. Features change, some will be added and some removed, and there is no promise of uptime. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot lose.
Suspension
We may hide or suspend a site or an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we can. You can stop using Pitpage at any time.
Liability
Pitpage is provided as it is, free of charge. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye decide disputes, unless the law of the country you live in gives you the right to go to your own courts.
Changes
When these terms change, the new version is posted here with its date. Using Pitpage after a change means you accept the new terms.
